Do you have Huwei or Metfone Modem Mdel e173 and want to unlock it? Huawei E173 is a 3G USB modem which support 7.2 mbps download speed and 5.7 mbps upload speed. This is small and simple software to unlock this modem. Just follow few easy steps:

1.      After download this software, extract or unzip it to Desktop

2.      Plug in your modem with an unacceptable SIM

3.      Close all default program of Modem at automatic start

4.      Click on Huwei Temp Unlocking Application Ver. 1.0 that you extracted on Desktop

This software will automatic detect your modem and unlock

This picture (Busy Status) mean you have open any program using your modem, please close it.

If (Unlocked) mean you have unlocked your modem

5.      You can use the default program (i.e. Metfone 3G) or can download Mobile Partner Software to use with your unlocked modem.

Please note that this is just temporary unlock. Your modem will re-lock when you unplug from Computer and you need to unlock it again (as follow above) when you need to use.
